Talk to the person who will do the work

• Splitters — the material, the sample size, the slot width or the standard you are working to, and how many trays you need.
• Lifting platforms — the height to be cleared, the door widths on the route, and whether an assistant travels with the user.
• A one-off — a photograph of the problem is worth more than a paragraph describing it. A sketch on the back of something is fine; that is how the Merlin propeller started.

That matters for one address in particular. enquiries@meqc.com.au was the marine contact, and it was only ever visible inside a Flash movie — so from the end of 2020, when browsers switched Flash off, every visitor to that page saw an error message where the address should have been. It has been unreachable for more than five years. It works again now, and it goes to the same place as everything else.
